Our trucks are specifically designed with a smaller footprint than regular skip trucks, allowing us to access narrow and steep driveways.
In the very unlikely event that your location is not suitable for one of our bins, our staff will notify you during your delivery, and you will receive a full refund immediately.

Your bin will be delivered in 3 hours or less from the time you place your order. (Same-day bin delivery is guaranteed only for orders placed before 2 PM.)
To schedule a pickup for your Bolt Bin, just click on "Book a pickup” at the top of our website. Provide a few simple details, pick a time that suits you, and we’ll take care of the rest!
Place your BoltBin© in a convenient location where you can easily access it for filling. Ensure it’s not obstructing walkways or driveways.
Do not place your BoltBin more than 3 metres from the kerb or driveway. Please ensure that nothing over 1m tall is positioned between the bin and the road access. Driveways must be at least 2.5 metres wide and have 3 metres of height clearance.
When placing a BoltBin near or underneath powerlines or overhanging trees, please ensure that there is at least 4 meters of height between the ground and the lowest hanging wire/branches.

We do not accept anything toxic or hazardous, i.e. asbestos, chemicals, paint, oil, car batteries, gas bottles, tyres, medical sharps, etc. If these items are placed in your BoltBin we may be unable to collect it.
What we can't accept:
- Hazardous waste
- Asbestos
- Gas bottles
- Car or lithium batteries
- Chemicals
- Paint
- Tyres
- Fluorescent tubes
- Large quantities of clean fill, hard fill, and soil (no issues if within included weight limit)
- Fridges or freezers unless degassed
Yes there are maximum allowable weights.
Please ensure you keep your BoltBin below the following limits:
1m³ BoltBin max weight = 200kg
2m³ BoltBin max weight = 400kg
3m³ BoltBin max weight = 600kg
