Nope – you don’t have to be home when we come to pick up your Bolt Bin. As long as the bin is placed somewhere our driver can easily access (not behind a locked gate or blocked by a car), we can collect it without you there. Just leave your Bolt Bin where we can reach it, and we’ll handle the rest while you go about your day!

For a smooth pickup, make sure your Bolt Bin is easy to get to. The ideal spot is typically within about 3 meters of the curb or your driveway. Keep the area around and in front of the bin clear of obstacles (like parked cars or closed gates) so our truck can reach it.

Absolutely! We’ll keep you in the loop and let you know when our driver is headed your way. In fact, our system even allows you to track the driver in real time as they approach. That means no guessing – you’ll get a heads-up and know exactly when to expect us to arrive for your pickup.
